3. Ordering & Payment

Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM EST. Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process:

3. Package items securely with RMA number
4. Ship to our returns processing center

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Care Instructions: Proper care extends the life of your eyewear. Clean lenses with provided microfiber cloth and store in protective case when not in use.
